Election of the PhD School Director - 2025/2027
On Monday, November 25, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, voting will take place for the election of the Director of the Doctoral School for the 2025-2027 term.
The remote voting process will be conducted via the Eligo online voting system, with support from the ENTERPRISE SW SERVICES of the ICT Area.
Each voter, using their personal credentials, will be able to exercise their voting right once by accessing their personal online service page of Politecnico di Milano on any electronic device. Voters will have access to electronic ballots with an alphabetically ordered list of candidates. Each voter may express only one preference or cast a blank ballot. Once the voter confirms their selection in the virtual ballot box, the vote will be irrevocable and cannot be modified or withdrawn.
For the election to be valid, at least one-third of eligible voters must participate. If this quorum is not reached, the election will be repeated on November 27, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and will be valid regardless of the number of participants.
Active voting rights are granted to the Coordinators of the Doctoral Programs at the University.
Passive voting rights are assigned to tenured full-time Professors at the first level, or those who opt to serve in such capacity if elected, provided they do not have any conflicts or restrictions on holding the position as per current regulations.
Candidacies must be submitted using the official form, which should be sent to the Doctoral School’s Doctoral Program Office no later than 12:00 PM on November 12, 2024. Applications received after this time will not be accepted.
The form, available on this webpage, along with a copy of a valid ID, may be submitted in person at the Doctoral Program Office at the Doctoral School, Building 2, North Pavilion - Via Bonardi side - Mezzanine Level - Piazza L. Da Vinci, 32, or sent to the following emails: fabrizio.butto@polimi.it and phdschool@polimi.it, with an option for digital signature.
