Online Services
Upon confirmation of registration you will receive a person code and a password. Through these credentials you will be able to access the online services page where you will find useful services for PhD students:
- certificate request
- enrollment in subsequent years
- attainment of the title
- request a duplicate Policard
Your personal code will identify you throughout your studies at the Politecnico. We suggest to communicate the person code to the administrative office in case of assistance request.

Official email @polimi
At the time of enrollment you will be provided with an institutional e-mail. All official deadlines will be communicated to the official email therefore we suggest you read it frequently and check that you have not exceeded the quota (otherwise you will not be able to receive further messages).
Information relating to research, courses and many other services offered to Politecnico students will also be communicated. PhD students can benefit from it like other enrolled students.

The Phd School website provides information on scholarships, awards, special events of interest to doctoral students in the news section, as well as detailed information on the study program and administrative information.
