  -applications for admission to the PhD courses
  -the applicant may opt to compete for a topic scholarship 
   
• Starting from 20 July 2023:
  rankings will be published
   
• From 10am on 21 July 2023 to 2pm on 11 September 2023: 
  enrolment of the candidates who are high enough on the ranking list to be eligible for admission
